The Granary Gallery is a virtual art gallery showcasing a family of talented artists and creatives. We hope you enjoy browsing our wonderful collection of original paintings, sculptures, ceramics and quilts. We also think you'll be fascinated reading our artists profiles – finding out what inspires them, why creating art is so important to them and how they discovered their creative spark. 

The Granary Gallery was created by Andy and Stevie Wilkinson after relocating to Devon having pursued long careers in graphic design and illustration. It was at Exeter's Art College (sadly no more) that they first met and discovered a shared passion for art and design. Now they have the time to explore their own artistic direction with renewed vigour and needed a vehicle for presenting their work to the public. At some time in the future they hope their studio will be open for exhibitions, but in the meantime The Granary Gallery online is the next best thing.

The website also features Andy's sister Sally and their mother, Daphne. Sally has an exceptional eye for colour and texture as well as an eye for detail, with the precision to create beautiful hand-sewn quilts – an art form that is having a big renaissance and finally the recognition it deserves. It's fair to say that Daphne has had a huge influence on both Andy and Sally, by taking them to countless exhibitions, even whilst toddlers, filling their home with classic design items and adorning shelfs and walls with her own and others artworks. Always an encourager of their individual skills, she is a very talented artist, painter and ceramicist – art is the tread that runs through her life and work.
